Hope is knowing of wonder yet to be seen.
Of rivers, of mountains covered in green.
Hope is scent of joy yet to come,
Of love in a family together as one.
Hope is courage in this covid blight.
Hope is God’s hand holding me tight.
Enduring great trials hope will sustain,
When anchored upon God’s holiest name.
So I can rejoice even in sorrow,
For hope assures of a better tomorrow.
But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. 1 Peter 3:15
Therefore, we who have fled to him (Jesus) for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek. Hebrews 6:18-20
